Reed Diffusers

Reed diffusers are liquid air fresheners in a narrow-necked bottle with long "sticks" inserted in to the liquid. These sticks, or reeds, absorb scented liquid from the container and release fragrance into the surrounding air.

Eucalyptus contains eucalyptol, which has been found to possess anti-anxiety properties. Furthermore, inhaling eucalyptus oil for 30 minutes has been associated with lower blood pressure in patients after knee surgery, which suggests that it has a calming effect.

Lavender oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

Rose oil also helps naturally relieve stress, and the benefits can be reaped through the scent in a candle, or with oil in a diffuser. Rose essential oil helps improve skin and circulation. By balancing hormones, rose essential oil is helping to balance moisture levels in the skin, which reduces blemishes and imperfections.
